1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, booking a consultation call, purchasing a membership, or submitting your portfolio/new face application, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or have explicit parental/guardian consent if you are a minor or submitting on behalf of a talented pet) and possess the legal authority to enter into these Terms.

2. Nature of Services

Talent Development & Network: Tonks Talent Network acts as a platform designed to help models, actors, singers, dancers, and talented pets launch their careers. We are a talent network and development platform, not a licensed talent agency unless explicitly stated. We do not guarantee employment, auditions, or specific career outcomes.

Consultations: Booking a consultation call provides guidance, portfolio feedback, and industry insights. Consultation calls are free of charge.

Memberships: Tonks Talent Network operates on a simple, transparent $52.00 one-time yearly membership fee. Your membership provides access to our online talent-profile service, designed to showcase your potential to industry professionals for a full year. Because your membership is an annual one-time payment rather than an ongoing auto-renewing monthly subscription, your profile remains active for the year purchased.

3. User Submissions and Portfolios

When you submit photos, videos, biographic data, or pet information ("User Content") through our "New Faces" application or member portal, you grant Tonks Talent Network a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, promote, and share your media for the purpose of talent evaluation and promotion within our network.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to all User Content you submit, and that such content does not violate any third-party rights, copyright, or privacy laws.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Site or Services to:

Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law.
Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent application details or impersonate any person or entity.
Upload harmful code, malware, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or user accounts.
Harass, abuse, or harm other users, staff, or talent scouts associated with Tonks Talent Network.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site—including text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, and software—is the property of Tonks Talent Network or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any material without our express written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tonks Talent Network, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages—including loss of profits, data, or career opportunities—arising out of or related to your use of the Site or Services.
